The Company:
A well-established and highly respected organisation within the purpose-built accommodation sector, known for delivering high-quality resident experiences across Australia. Privately owned and prominent in the industry, they are now seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative and fast-paced marketing team based in Brisbane.

The Role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing localised marketing strategies across a portfolio of properties. Your focus will be on driving occupancy and increasing brand awareness through a mix of digital and traditional campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to roll out engaging campaigns, develop marketing plans, and report on campaign performance. A key part of this role will be communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders, providing timely feedback and key updates as required.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 1 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within property, accommodation or a related industry
• Skills in website CMS, social media management, email platforms, SEO, SEM and analytics
• Confident coordinating with agencies regarding performance and campaign outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A collaborative team player who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
