The Roles:

Senior Property Manager

As our Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio and provide guidance to junior staff.
Your day-to-day will include:

Managing a portfolio of established residential properties.

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Overseeing leasing, inspections, and maintenance management.

Managing arrears, lease renewals, and end-of-tenancy procedures.

Mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Contributing to team goals and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Salary: $95,000 + Superannuation + Bonuses (based on experience)

Junior Property Manager

Perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their real estate career!
You’ll work alongside experienced property professionals, gaining hands-on experience and structured training.
Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting with inspections, leasing, and maintenance coordination.

Supporting senior managers with client communication and portfolio administration.

Learning trust accounting, lease documentation, and compliance processes.

Building the skills and confidence to manage your own portfolio in the future.

Salary: Attractive salary package based on experience + ongoing training & professional development.

What We’re Looking For

A current Certificate of Registration or Licence in Real Estate (or willingness to obtain).

Minimum 2+ years’ experience for Senior PM; 6–12 months for Junior PM preferred.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Confident in managing client relationships and problem-solving under pressure.

Knowledge of property management systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, or similar).

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
