This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to work within a leading agency that manages the some of most exclusive properties in Newcastle! This position will see you working with like-minded industry leaders who strive to offer excellent customer service.

Our client is seeking a high-achieving individual to run their well-managed property portfolio. Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for the landlord and tenants in respect of all operational matters. There is a full-time leasing consultant and administration for support.

You will be in charge of:

• Managing a tidy, well-kept portfolio of 180 local properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Repairs, maintenance, and arrears management
• Rent reviews, tribunal, and ingoing/outgoing inspections
• Business Development - optional!

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A high standard of customer service
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immaculate personal presentation
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a portfolio
• Reliable car, Certificate of Registration, and driver's license
