About the role

We’re partnering with one of the Macarthur region’s most established and respected real estate agencies to find an experienced Senior Property Manager. This full-time position, based in Campbelltown, offers a salary package of up to $100,000 plus bonuses and additional benefits.

You’ll be joining a highly regarded office known for its strong brand, supportive leadership, and long-standing relationships across the local community.

What you’ll be doing

Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Handle the full tenancy lifecycle – advertising, leasing, inspections, renewals, and maintenance coordination.

Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing proactive communication and service.

Identify opportunities to optimise property performance and maximise investment returns.

Contribute to process improvement and best practice across the property management team.

Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential property management, with strong local market knowledge.

Confident understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and NSW compliance standards.

Clear and professional communication and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar).

A genuine passion for real estate and ongoing professional growth.
