The opportunity

We are growing our team and are looking for a positive, proactive and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our small Property Management team. The person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and skills in leading and mentoring people. We are welcoming candidates that are looking for a long-term, stable and inspiring career. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to helping our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage & maintain properties (just over 270)

Periodic inspections (ingoing/outgoing)

Repairs and maintenance management

Rental increases and lease renewals

NCAT preparation & attendance

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience

Certificate of Registration and licence

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Proficiency in Property Tree/Inspection Manager/Flick It Over
