Our Client

A developer well known for stunning medium-density builds all within 5km of the CBD, our client focuses on creating stunning structures, incorporating unique architecture and artistic aspects to provide purchasers a cultivated experience on entering their home and are driven by their passion of enhancing quality of life through their builds.

Your Duties

Working in a young, driven projects team, this role will see you supporting across 5 different stages in the lifecycle of the project, including: Pre-sales, Sales, Construction, Settlement and Post-settlement support with the following tasks:

• Answering buyer queries about floorplans, finishes, timelines, and pricing etc
• Assisting buyers in understanding contracts of sale and key conditions
• Collecting and processing purchaser documentation including variations & upgrade requests
• Sending updates on construction milestones (photos, newsletters, site tours)
• Organising pre-settlement inspections
• Facilitating smooth key handover and move-in
• Maintaining buyer relationships to encourage referrals or repeat investment

Specific requirements

To be successful in this role you will come with:

• Experience in a similar role (for a developer or in Real Estate)
• Have an understanding of the purchasing process
• Strong prioritisation and administration skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
