We are looking for a motivated, customer focused Marketing Coordinator with great engagement skills to lead our marketing and communication plans for Port Central Shopping Centre and Kempsey Central Shopping Centre. We are looking for someone who has a passion for retail and shopping centre marketing and who is great at building relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.

Objectives:

Drive increased foot traffic and sales at the Gowings Pacific Coast Shopping centres through a strategic marketing and events program that delivers on the brand positioning of vibrant CBD community hubs. ‘The heart of it all'.

Maximising the centres potential as a community destination for entertainment, dining, shopping, education and socialising.

Maximising the centres marketing assets and marketing channels to drive traffic and sales, such as in centre digital screens, light-boxes, posters, displays, websites, EDMs and social media.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and activation of a diverse marketing and promotions annual program.

Strategic Planning and activation of a diverse events program, ranging from weekly workshops to high drawcard events

Management of monthly budget, monthly reporting and reconciliations with P&L

This role reports to Chief Marketing Officer.

This role will be office based in Port Central- in the heart of it all!
