Beaumonde Catering is located on the picturesque Swan River in East Perth and is synonymous with fabulous food, service, entertainment and hosting functions (weddings, breakfasts, product launches, school balls, lunch & dinners, cocktail events & conferences are a few types of functions we host).

We are currently seeking a motivated fulltime Function Manager with a hands-on approach to lead our professional function team.

The Functions Manager is responsible for-

-client liaising before & during functions

-the successful running of functions

-stock control, rotation & wastage reporting

-responding to guests in a timely, friendly & efficient manner

-staff training & appraisals

-problem solving with beneficial results

-managing function rooms & taking responsibility of staff

-consistently seek ways to improve guest experiences

-effective communication between clients, chefs, owners, managers & staff

-taking pride in venue cleanliness

The right candidate has prior experience (3-5 years) in functions along with impeccable presentation. An Approved Managers card is essential for this role.

With the nature of functions, full availability during the week is essential, no 2 weeks are the same.

The role would suit experienced hospitality professionals.

This is a full-time role with all applicable benefits, including meals on shift.
