About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Xanadu Wines restaurant in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. This is a full-time, maternity relief position, providing an exciting opportunity to lead our exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management

Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver world-class customer service

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

Liaise with the Xanadu Wines management team to align the restaurant's operations with the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Substantial experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in a premium or fine dining establishment

Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing hospitality teams

Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data and implement strategies to drive profitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and key stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as compliance with relevant regulations

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
