The Innaloo Sports Club (Inc.) is seeking an experienced and motivated Club Operations and Functions Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our licensed premises and community-based sporting club.

This hands-on leadership role covers bar and staff management, event and function coordination, marketing and community engagement, and ensuring compliance with licensing and workplace regulations. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational and financial administration skills, excellent people management, and a genuine passion for fostering an inclusive and vibrant club culture.

Key requirements:

· Proven experience in hospitality, club or venue management

· Current RSA and Approved Manager (WA) certification

· Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

· Sound financial administration and attention to detail

· Flexible to work evenings, weekends and event hours
