About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Events & Reservations Manager to lead our front-of-house events and reservations team. This is an exciting, hands-on position that oversees everything from weddings and corporate functions to restaurant reservations and guest communications.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all events, including weddings, social functions, and corporate events

Manage restaurant bookings and reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience

Drive event sales, meet budgets, and achieve KPI targets

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences

Oversee final event details and on-the-day execution

Lead, train, and support a small and dedicated team

Maintain accurate booking systems and ensure clear communication with the kitchen and operations teams

Respond to online feedback professionally and proactively

About You

Proven experience in hospitality or events management (weddings, functions, and restaurant operations)

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and deliver results

Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

Confident with Microsoft Office and event management software

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail

Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required
