To be successful you must have the following:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within building or construction
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with estimating software CostX and Microsoft Excel

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a well-established developer builder delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects up to $40 million across Toowoomba and the wider Darling Downs region.

Reporting to senior management, you’ll take ownership of the estimating function from initial concept through to final tender submission. The role will involve collaborating closely with design, project management, and construction teams to ensure cost-effective and competitive pricing.
