💼 About the Role As Senior Estimator, you’ll take the reins on high-value tenders, lead junior team members, and play a key role in shaping the company’s project wins. You’ll be involved from early client discussions through to final tender submissions.
You’ll be trusted to:

• Deliver accurate, competitive and winning estimates
• Work across hard dollar, D&C, and negotiated tenders
• Collaborate with senior leadership and project delivery teams
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Build strong supplier/subbie relationships
• Help elevate the company’s estimating processes and systems

🎯 What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction estimating
• Proven ability delivering tenders up to $50M
• Solid technical knowledge of building systems, codes, and methodologies
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to read and respond to detailed documentation and drawings
• A proactive mindset, professional presence, and leadership potential

Bonus points for:

• Degree in Construction, QS, Engineering or trade background
• Cubit, Estimate One, Bluebeam & MS Office proficiency
• D&C methodology experience from concept stage
