Join the Kardan family and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and facilities maintenance projects. We are seeking a hands-on, driven Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be the on-site leader — managing people, schedules, resources, and safety compliance. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, engage directly with trades and suppliers, and mentor your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all trades and subcontractors on site.

Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

Plan, monitor, and control project activities from start to finish.

Engage subcontractors and labour with a focus on value, compliance, and safety.

Oversee and coordinate all material deliveries.

Ensure works comply with relevant Acts, Regulations, and local laws.

Lead site safety culture — including writing/reviewing JSAs, SWMS, and conducting inductions and toolbox meetings.

Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

Lead by example, supporting and mentoring your team.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Australian construction, refurbishment, or facilities maintenance industry.

Trade or tertiary qualifications in building/construction.

Solid understanding of all stages of the building process.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects from planning through to completion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team culture.

Experience across:

Building services & minor works upgrades.

Refurbishments.

Facilities compliance projects.
