The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager and Area Manager, you’ll oversee all site operations to ensure quality delivery across active homes. You’ll manage trades, monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and communicate regularly with clients to ensure each build runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage homes across a central to south run
• Supervise trades and subcontractors on site
• Maintain build quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation
• Liaise with clients and office teams throughout the build

Key Requirements

• Trade qualification highly desirable
• Experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude
