Construction Site Supervisor – Geraldton Project

Take the lead on a high-profile $10M construction project spanning 12,000sqm, featuring tenants like KFC, Auto Master, Anaconda, and Sydney Tools. This 12-month project kicks off mid-February, and we’re looking for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor based in Geraldton to drive its success.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
• Oversee defect management and maintain excellent project standards.
• Coordinate project execution, including planning, scheduling, and on-site problem-solving.
• Conduct site meetings, manage RFIs, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Support budget management, progress claims, and procurement, including purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Interpret construction drawings, conduct take-offs, and estimate materials accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Geraldton-based candidates only.
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor on commercial or large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions on-site and keep projects running smoothly.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Weekend work may occasionally be required.
Salary: $140,000
