Site Supervisor – High-End Renovations & New Homes

Add Value Building Group is a Perth-based residential builder established in 2014.
We specialise in:

Large-scale renovations to character homes

Custom new two-storey homes

Multi-unit developments

We work with timber, brick, and steel frame construction and operate primarily within 15 minutes of Perth CBD and North of the river, including Mount Hawthorn, Subiaco, Nedlands, and Leederville.

As a close-knit, efficient team, we value honesty, politeness, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail. With our growing pipeline of high-end projects, we’re now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who can take full ownership of their sites and help drive our continued success.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in WA preferred

Proven ability to manage complex renovation and new home projects

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously (up to 10 at a time)

Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (preferred, not essential)

Previous trade background highly regarded

Strong network of reliable trades is advantageous

Skills & Attributes

Excellent organisation, planning, and time management

High attention to detail and a commitment to top-quality workmanship

Strong communication and leadership skills

Competence in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus)

Sound understanding of construction stages, BCA, and AS/NZS standards

Positive, proactive, and willing to get hands-on when needed

Honest, reliable, and driven to continually improve

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from contract handover to completion

Plan and coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases

Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes

Identify and mitigate potential project risks

Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client expectations

Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, trades, and the internal team

Maintain accurate weekly reporting to the Managing Director

Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
