What do you do?
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Coordinate ATM installations and removals, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers
- Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests accurately
- Keep customers informed on case progress and follow up to ensure resolution
- Dispatch technician jobs and confirm ETAs
- Support the business by maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement and share knowledge
What do you need?
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or call centre support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude (training provided)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
