We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base. You'll play a key role managing inbound calls and emails, processing orders, and ensuring every customer enjoys exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

Process orders accurately using CRM and MYOB systems

Provide friendly and efficient customer support

Assist with general office and administration tasks

Be cross trained to handle customer orders across our water division

About You

Previous customer service or office administration experience

Minimum 1+ years of customer service or office administration experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Experience with CRM systems and/or MYOB preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Australian citizens or permanent residents only

The Details

Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Office-based role at Doveton, VIC

Pay rate: $27.79 – $29.70 per hour, depending on experience

Type: Full-time (may consider flexibility for an exceptional candidate)
