TEN The Education Network provides continuing professional development (CPD) to the legal and accounting markets throughout Australia via a range of subscription services.
We’re a small Melbourne based company, looking for a self motivated individual to assist our busy Account Management/Sales Team of 3.
This person will set up well qualified appointments with legal and accounting firms for our team to present relevant professional development services.
Whilst initial training will be conducted in our CBD office, this role provides the ability to work entirely from home.
The base salary is $60,000 plus commission paid on each appointment that converts to a sale. Overall OTE approximately $75,000 p.a. (plus super). Commission is uncapped so there is the potential to earn more.
Key responsibilities:
· Identify potential appointments from lists provided
· Initiate contact via phone and/or email
· Qualify leads on predefined criteria and schedule appointments
· Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Key requirements include:
· Proven experience in lead generation, telesales or appointment setting
· Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Tech-savvy with CRM
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
