Client Relations Management Role - Strata
Work without a daily strata portfolio to manage in a unique operational client relations role, working Monday to Friday in a city based strata office of 20+ Staff!

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong leadership and operational capability, with a focus on maintaining our high standards of customer service and internal culture.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen to manage budgets, track performance, and contribute to overall efficiency.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional office culture that reflects the company values.
  • Excellent complaint handling and customer retention skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Regular client check-ins and meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Close collaboration with the broader team to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Attend meetings with the OCM as required

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, approachable, and thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong OC industry knowledge and experience managing complex portfolios.

A good candidate may be a Senior OCM who wants to take up a leadership role with no portfolio management, however, when there is an OCM on leave, the candidate will maintain or attend urgent matters in that portfolio (basically work as back up to maintain consistency around communication and service deliveries).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience on ideally high end premium portfolios / high density
