At TheBusinessBuilders.com, we help aspiring entrepreneurs start their own eCommerce brand and grow it to $10K per month.
As a boutique agency, we work closely with only 60 clients per year, giving each founder the hands-on support and systems they need to succeed.
We’ve built and scaled multiple brands from $0 to $10K/month in under 120 days — combining data-driven product testing, conversion-optimized websites, and paid ad mastery.
Now, we’re looking for a remote Operations Manager to oversee the daily rhythm of the business — ensuring clients succeed, systems run smoothly, and growth targets are met.
🧠 The Role
You’ll be the bridge between clients, team members, and leadership — managing projects, people, and performance.
From onboarding new clients to tracking KPIs and payments, you’ll make sure the engine behind The Business Builders runs efficiently, profitably, and predictably.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Client Success
Conduct welcome and onboarding calls (Discord setup, induction, expectations)
Hold monthly progress meetings with clients
Maintain strong relationships and handle support issues
Team & Workflow Leadership
Oversee Draka (product research/sourcing), Ralph (media buying), and the design team
Track deliverables across product testing, website builds, and ad launches
Maintain accountability and workflow momentum
Operations & Reporting
Monitor business sales performance and revenue metrics
Track and optimize lead flow and deal flow pipelines
Manage client payments, renewals, and billing issues
Maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and Notion systems
Meet weekly with the founder to review performance and opportunities
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Refine SOPs and automate repeatable processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement fixes
Contribute to scaling the business from 20 → 100+ active clients
🧩 About You
3–5+ years in operations, client success, or agency management
Strong grasp of eCommerce (Shopify, ads, funnels, product testing)
Confident leading small remote teams and managing multiple workflows
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets
Financially literate — able to track payments, profitability, and business metrics
💰 Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000 AUD + Super
Performance Bonus: Based on client retention, business KPIs, and growth targets
