Compliance-Focused HR Administrator (Aged Care and Disability)
Simply Helping is searching for a meticulous and dedicated Compliance-Focused HR Administrator to join our team.
This is a critical compliance and administrative role where your precision ensures we meet all Fair Work, Aged Care, NDIS, and TAC regulatory requirements. You will be the primary custodian of staff compliance records, directly supporting our HR administration team in maintaining a compliant, well-trained, and ethical workforce.
Core Responsibility: Regulatory Compliance & Records
The top priority of this role is to ensure zero-tolerance compliance and data integrity across the organisation.
Proactively and accurately monitor the register of staff compliance requirements (e.g., Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, mandatory training).
Notify and expedite renewals in a timely manner to prevent any lapse in compliance. Update the central register and employee files immediately.
Positively engage with all staff to ensure Aged Care, NDIS, and TAC compliance requirements are consistently met and maintained.
Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations and maintain meticulous, up-to-date employee records.
Work to ensure staff adherence to professional and ethical standards in alignment with the company's Code of Conduct and policies.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance
Support the training and education of staff to ensure work is undertaken at minimal risk.
Ensure staff compliance with Simply Helping’s WHS requirements, with particular focus on manual handling, infection control, food safety, and high-intensity personal care.
Assist in managing work-related injury/illness cases, including assisting in developing and implementing back-to-work plans.
Recruitment & General HR Administration
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for compliant new hires, from position advertising and background checks to issuing employment contracts.
Facilitate the compliant onboarding process, including thorough staff induction.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related enquiries and initial relations matters.
Provide input and assist in the creation of the monthly newsletter, with a focus on compliance and policy updates.
