Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, handle incoming communications (phone, email, and mail), and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, tile collections, and events for staff and clients, ensuring no conflicts or scheduling issues.

Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, including processing and filing documentation as required.

Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide assistance or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Office Organisation: Ensure the office environment remains clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, reconciliation, statements, expense tracking, and bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for various company projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.

Other Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic bookkeeping or financial administration experience is a plus.
