What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, including:
Managing incoming communication for the business
Data entry and reporting
Assisting with invoicing and quoting
Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless job and project handovers
Ordering and tracking parts with suppliers
Supporting the scheduling team with bookings and confirmations
Preparing and delivering client reports
What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Previous administration, rostering or scheduling experience (trade industry experience is a bonus, not essential)
Minimum 1 year of administration experience
Strong customer service background
A willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and general tech confidence)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, proactive attitude and the drive to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team.
