We are seeking a full time permanent Finance Officer superstar passionate to use their skills and experience to support people on the Gold Coast to live happily in their home and community for the fullness of their life. Our new team member will be responsible for a wide range of duties associated with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other operational and administrative duties, and will be based in our office situated in Nerang.
This role will suit someone who likes a challenge, has excellent time management and problem solving skills, a high degree of accuracy, enjoys being part of a team but is confident to work independently, and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement in processes and procedures. The successful applicant will also contribute to the leadership and growth of the organisation.

Successful applicants for this role will :
hold a qualifications in accounting
have experience with the following processes:
payroll, superannuation and associated tasks
billing/accounts payable/receivable
reconciliations and end of month
a broad range of administration tasks
be proficient in the use of Myob Accountright
be proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite and easily adapt to other software programs
obtain a NDIS Worker Clearance prior to commencement at own expense
possess excellent time management and problem solving skills
be a team player with a can-do attitude but also can confidently work independently
has excellent customer service skills
possess a keen sense of fun and capacity to see solutions through collaborating with others.
