We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join our dynamic Cairns office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and administration who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities:

AR/AP Management

Financial & cashflow reporting to management team

Payroll processing, superannuation & employee entitlements

Preparation and submission of BAS

Daily cash & bank account management.

About You:

Proven experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role

Sound knowledge of MYOB AccountRight and Microsoft Excel (experience with SimPRO is preferred, but not necessary)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or similar) preferred.
