Your skills and experience:

Students currently studying Accounting or Commerce will be highly regarded.

Alternatively experience in a finance administration role where accounting principles, record keeping and accuracy were essential.

Experience with an ERP and payroll system would be well regarded but not essential.

Strong customer service skills, ethical standards, confidentiality, and sense of loyalty.

Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy

Be self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

Understanding of the importance of being well organised and self managed.

Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, & Outlook.

Excellent team player.

Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and to work autonomously.

What's on offer:

Part time/ Casual role based in Tennyson, working 25-30 hours/ week which are flexible other than Monday's – The office hours are between 7:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri.

We are a 40 year old family business specialising in the supply of bakery ingredients across Southeast Queensland. We operate a fleet of trucks from our warehouse facility in Tennyson.
