Our team is friendly, supportive, and passionate about what we do — and we’re looking for a pleasant, motivated Administration Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys variety, and loves learning new skills.

About the Role

This permanent full time role is at the heart of our business operations, supporting both our accounting team and our clients. You’ll juggle a variety of administrative and reception tasks, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities include:

Providing general administrative and office support to our accounting team

Managing emails, scheduling, and client records using Outlook and Handisoft Practice Manager

Preparing professional documents using Word and Excel

Maintaining digital and physical filing systems

Assisting with reception duties and leave cover, greeting clients, and managing incoming calls

Coordinating our new client onboarding process with care and professionalism

Supporting accountants with a variety of administrative tasks, including ATO follow-ups and client correspondence

About You

You’re an administrative all-rounder who loves a busy, structured environment and takes pride in getting the details right. You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy learning new systems and processes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Prior administration or office experience (experience in accounting or finance is a bonus but not essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong organisational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy; be proactive and use initiative to find solutions.

A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks

Confidence to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A positive, friendly, can-do attitude, reliability, and professionalism

Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and processes

Experience with Handisoft is an advantage but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
