We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Groundskeeper to join our team and help keep our resort grounds in pristine condition at our Palm Lake Resort, Truganina Victoria location.

This role offers 35hours per week in a Permanent Part-time, hands-on role. You will take pride in maintaining our gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing. Your work will be essential to delivering an exceptional environment for our residents and visitors.

As our Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the resort grounds are presented to a high standard year-round. Responsibilities include weeding and watering common areas, hedge trimming, mowing, whipper snipping, planting, mulching, and maintaining flowers and shrubs. Additionally, you will oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including pool maintenance, contributing to the overall beauty and functionality of our resort.

Ideally you will have:-

Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous;

Relevant gardening experience in a similar role;

A "C" class drivers licence;

Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower

Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying.

Motivated, enthusiastic and can work with limited supervision.

ACDC chemical licence is advantageous.
