About the role
Join the dynamic team at Forty Winks Shepparton as a Part-time Team Member. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and contributing to the success of our Shepparton store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading brand in the retail and the furniture and Bedding industry.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management
Delivering excellent customer service and resolution to any inquiries or concerns
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Forty Winks Shepparton store
Setting up and dismantling bedroom suites
General warehousing - Preparing Daily Deliveries
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the home furnishings or lifestyle products industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently to meet store objectives
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including one day of the Weekend and public holidays
Weekday shift hours 9:30am - 3:30pm, Weekend hours 10:00am - 3:00pm.
