We specialise in premium off-road caravans such as Bruder, Vacationer, Radiant, and OzVenture — designed for the Australian lifestyle and built for true adventure. Now, as we grow into WA, we’re looking for the right person to represent our brand with the same energy, professionalism, and integrity.

The Role

As our Sales Representative in WA, you’ll be the face of Off Track RV — helping customers choose their dream caravan and supporting them right through the ownership journey.
Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting customers in the showroom and at caravan expos

Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right model and options

Preparing quotes, managing leads, and closing sales

Supporting customers throughout the order and build process, ensuring great communication and service

Handling ad hoc sales and customer service tasks as required

Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and working closely with admin and production teams

About You

You’re confident, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. You love connecting with customers and take pride in helping them make the right choice.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in sales (automotive, caravan, or related industry preferred)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail

A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on targets

A passion for caravanning or the great outdoors (a big plus!)

What We Offer

Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: $50,000 – $100,000+ OTE based on performance

Realistic total earnings: $100,000 – $170,000+ per year

Monday–Saturday roster
