We’re seeking a Project Sales Consultant with 1–2 years of real estate or property sales experience, who’s motivated, collaborative, and ready to grow with a team that’s shaping the next generation of project sales in WA.

About you

We hope your are a strong team player with a genuine desire to build a successful career within a property development company.

You are keen to learn, proactive in identifying opportunities for sales and team growth in both Project Sales and Channel Development, and willing to support your teammates to achieve the individual and group sales targets.

You have a good sense of customer service, can identify buyers’ needs, and provide valuable feedback to help the development team enhance product design and market appeal.

You understand online and social media marketing, and have a strong sense of how to help the company grow its brand while developing your own personal brand as a trusted professional in project sales.

Skills & Attributes

● Ambition and desire to succeed in the property development and real estate industry
● 1–2 years’ experience in property or real estate sales
● Strong team worker with excellent collaboration skills
● Self-motivated and highly organised
● Understands off-the-plan and house-and-land package sales process
● Strong business networking and business development sense
● WA Sales Registration essential
