We’ve recently moved into our new Osborne Park location and are in the process of a major redevelopment as we prepare to become one of the largest 4x4 build centres in WA. With new product ranges launching and our national expansion well underway, this is an exciting time to join our team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative with experience in 4x4, Ute trays, canopies, or accessories to join our Perth team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll help clients design their dream setups — from tradies and tourers to everyday adventurers.
You’ll work closely with management, our workshop team, and national operations to deliver an exceptional experience from quote through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in, phone, and online enquiries to understand customer needs and recommend suitable tray/canopy packages and accessories.
Manage the full sales process — quoting, following up, invoicing, and closing deals.
Maintain a clean, professional showroom that reflects our premium brand.
Coordinate fitment bookings and communicate with the workshop team to ensure smooth delivery.
Track and follow up leads through our CRM (Odoo) system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Participate in shows, open days, and other events to represent Chivalry 4x4.
Support the broader sales team and contribute to our growth in WA.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive, 4x4, trays/canopies, or related retail/sales environments.
A strong communicator who can work with people from all backgrounds — friendly, approachable, and patient.
Well-presented, organised, and able to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups at once.
Self-driven with a real hunger to close deals and deliver results.
Comfortable working in a fast-developing environment — we’re still growing, and there’s big opportunity for those who grow with us.
A genuine passion for 4x4s, camping, or the outdoors.
Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
