Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you will take full ownership of the sales process from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you will directly contribute to our success in the new Perth market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Hunt for new business: Identify and target untapped organisations to drive growth.

Expand existing accounts: Uncover new opportunities within our client base.

Close deals fast: Confidently convert enquiries into revenue.

Deliver customer success: Coordinate deliveries and solve problems on the spot to ensure a seamless client experience.

What You Bring

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual with a customer-first mindset. You will need:

2–3 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of results.

Relentless drive and the ability to confidently close deals over the phone, by email, and face-to-face.

A problem-solving mentality focused on building trust and delivering value.

The ability to work well as a team player while being driven to achieve your own results.

A valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.

Experience in the rental/hire or industrial/electrical sector is an advantage but not essential.
