An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated accounts professional to join their team based in Melbourne's Western suburbs.

Position Description
Reporting to the AP Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:

• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconciliations
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Prepare payment runs (local and international)
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Ideal Candidate
To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a busy Accounts Payable environment
• A keen eye for detail
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
