Robert Half is actively seeking a permanent accounts payable officer with a proven background in end-to-end AP functions and process improvement.

Working within construction/services this role is suited to someone with industry background and a desire to be a part of a lean and high performing finance function.

These end-to-end accounts payable opportunity will suit someone well communicated, with experience and preference for working in a dynamics environment where no two days will be the same!

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of invoices (OCR)
• Purchase order matching
• Reconciliation
• Resolving supplier queries
• Liaising with project managers
• Vendor management
• Master data management
• Adapting to ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Confidence in handling end-to-end Accounts Payable duties
• Experience within Construction industry
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable working 5 days on-site
• The versatility to work independently and collaboratively
