Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing, innovative payments business. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day transactions, oversee reconciliations, support reporting and forecasting, and contribute to process improvements.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, gain exposure across multiple areas of finance, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic fintech environment shaping the future of payments.

What you’ll be doing?

• Performing daily and monthly reconciliations across cash holdings, merchant transactions, and ATM/Cash Recycler activity
• Reviewing provider billing and completing end-of-month data checks
• Preparing financial reports and submissions
• Managing merchant administration tasks including ownership changes, renewals, and banking/client updates
• Collaborating across departments to maintain strong data integrity and support efficient financial operations

What you’ll need?

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance or administration role
• Tertiary accounting qualification desirable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate level or higher)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and systems
