Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly contribute to the financial operations of a growing business?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to oversee and manage our AP function end-to-end. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions and supporting smooth business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.

• Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all Accounts Payable transactions.

• Processing vehicle bailments and payouts, including daily reconciliation of remittances and payments.

• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts in a timely and compliant manner.

• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies or variances.

• Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.

• Assisting with month-end closing activities to ensure deadlines and company policies are met.

• Supporting financial reporting, performing data analysis, and collaborating across business units.

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role (not just administrative support).

• Strong knowledge of AP best practices and financial controls.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
