Claims Consultant (Part-Time – 30 hrs/week | Hybrid Work)

Your primary responsibilities of the role will include:

Process claims for damages to rental car fleet, collate records, claim spreadsheets and data

Negotiate, make settlement offers and pursue outstanding monies with both third-parties and customers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims processing and adherence to company procedures, regulations and quality standards

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to claims

Maintain documentation and records to high standards

General administration duties

About You

Our ideal candidate will have had previous demonstrated experience in the claims handling process and will have the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, or a related field (car rental experience preferred).

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail

Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Flexible with willingness to learn and adapt

Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation and records to high standards
