As a Claims Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person keeping customers happy and service teams on track. This inbound role with some outbound calls in a contact centre focuses on managing end-to-end warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and quick resolutions. The Role

• Manage end-to-end warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth resolution.
• Handle inbound customer and service enquiries with occasional outbound follow-up calls.
• Communicate with customers, service agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep workflows moving.
• Provide support and guidance to service agents on warranty processes and system use.
• Contribute to a collaborative, close-knit team that values communication and strong relationships.

About You

• Experience managing claims or high-volume customer enquiries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Confident with MS Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Positive, adaptable, and ready to bring energy to a fun, fast-paced team.
