Client Advisor | Diamonds & Bespoke Jewellery

Gold Coast Showroom | Permanent Part-Time | Saturdays Required

My client a Diamond & Jewellery Showroom requires an experienced high end retail consultant to join the team in Bundall.

This is not your typical sales role - my client specialises in creating custom designed pieces for their clients. From concept to creation, they guide their clients from the first spark of an idea through to the final creation of a lifelong heirloom. This bespoke process is at the heart of who they are, and where your ability to connect, guide, and inspire will truly shine.

With over 25 years on the Gold Coast and one of Australia’s largest curated diamond inventories, they pride ourselves on delivering a personal approach grounded in exceptional service and unmatched value. In addition to their custom process, they also offer a wide selection of ready-made designs in their showroom for clients to explore, try on, and take home. This unique balance means that some clients will embark on a full design journey, while others will discover their perfect piece already waiting for them.

Either way, you’ll play a key role in delivering an experience that is personal, informed, and built on expertise, trust, and genuine connection.

What we’re looking for

· 2+ years’ experience in high-end retail (jewellery experience highly regarded).

· A natural ability to connect with clients and cultivate long-term relationships.

· Confidence in guiding clients through bespoke design processes, from concept to creation.

· Initiative, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box in a dynamic environment.

· Strong organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.

· Immaculate personal presentation and a polished phone manner.

· Ability to work between 28-32 Hours Per Week with Saturday availability (essential).

Your role will include

· Delivering a seamless, tailored memorable experience for every client.

· Guiding clients through the custom jewellery journey

· Engagement ring consultations that deliver a personalised, informative, and memorable experience from first meeting to final handover.

· Assisting clients in discovering the perfect choice from our curated diamond inventory and ready-made showroom designs.

· Developing brand loyalty and long-term client relationships through a tailored, trust-driven approach.

· Contributing to client development plans and the ongoing growth of the showroom.

· Maintaining showroom standards, stock accuracy, and service excellence.

· Supporting the team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
