Claims Consultant – Immediate Opportunity with Potential for Permanent Position

Are you a skilled claims professional with experience managing storm and hail damage claims? We're seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant to join a fast-paced, supportive team. This is a temporary role for 6t months with the potential to transition to a permanent position. Who will you be working with?
A close-knit team of claims professionals, working together to manage complex claims in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with insurance companies, adjusters, and other key stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Managing residential claims related to storm, impact, and hail damage.
• Using Claimbuild software and liaising with multiple insurance companies to lodge, track, and resolve claims.
• Handling disputes, overturning denied claims, and working with AFCA where necessary.
• Communicating with insured clients throughout the claims process to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

What do you need?

• Solid experience in insurance claims, ideally within residential or property claims.
• Proven ability to lodge and manage storm, impact, and hail damage claims across multiple insurers.
• Confident using Claimbuild (or similar software) to manage active claims through to resolution.
• Skilled in managing disputes, overturning denied claims, and lodging cases with AFCA when required.
• Ability to identify hail damage, act on behalf of the insured, and manage the full claims process.
• Comfortable working retrospectively on claims from the past five years.
• Ready to hit the ground running and available for an immediate start in a 6-month temp role, with potential to go permanent.
