About the role

As a Learning Consultant, Design, you’ll create high-quality learning products that support Suncorp’s Motor Claims Customer strategy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance workforce capability and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Design engaging learning solutions using Suncorp’s methodologies, tools, and resources to support strategic outcomes
• Develop content, evaluation strategies, and materials that align with business needs and learning objectives
• Lead instructional design projects, managing timelines, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery
• Provide expert advice and internal quality assurance to raise the standard of learning across the Motor Claims team
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful
• Contribute to a collaborative learning community, sharing knowledge and supporting team engagement

What you'll bring

• 2+ years’ experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and blended learning approaches
• Proficiency in learning design tools such as Lectora or Captivate, and strong systems skills including Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms, with a continuous improvement mindset
