The Company

An larger hostpitality group with a footprint across several states, this venue that is all about the guest experience is looking for an career driven Venue Manager to join their new venue in Sydney CBD. The company prides itself on bringing a memorable, service driven and unique guest experience to the market

The Role

A dynamic well structured environment where you can be yourself. As the venue Manager you will be provided with training, run your own team and have the potential to work up the ranks in the business.

Requirements

  • Several Years experience in a busy food and beverage as well as entertainment establishments
  • Have managed larger teams and trained with a focus on service and the guest experience
  • Current RSA and solid experience on the bar and with cocktails
  • Opening experience is highly desireable
  • Have fantastic communications skills with employees and guests alike
  • Solid financial acumen and experience with P&L and reporting
  • Have a strong background in all operations, systems and some knowledge of IT ideal
  • Above all are a passionate and outgoing personality that strives for the best guest experience
