We're seeking energetic, experienced Duty Managers who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and confident in managing busy bar, bistro, and gaming operations.

The Opportunity

$75K-$85K + Super

As a Duty Manager, you'll work alongside the venue manager and play a key leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll ensure smooth service across the bar, dining, and gaming areas, lead and motivate your team, and uphold the group's high standards in customer experience, compliance, and venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily hotel operations across bar, bistro, and gaming areas

Supervise, train, and support front-of-house teams during peak periods

Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, and licensing obligations

Maintain venue presentation, security, and customer satisfaction

Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily reconciliations

Support rostering, stock control, and team performance management

Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care

About You

Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor within a hotel, pub, or licensed venue

Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates (essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Enthusiastic, organised, and motivated to relocate to Orange or Queanbeyan, NSW
