What you’ll do:
• Take ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and specials
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

About you:
• Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
• A passion for great food, presentation, and continuous learning
• Calm and efficient under pressure, with a strong work ethic
• A true team player with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
