Responsibilities: As a Chef de Partie at SK Steak and Oyster, you will:

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare and cook high-quality dishes.

Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their growth and development within the team.

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking candidates who possess:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.

Strong culinary skills and a passion for classic steakhouse dishes.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.

Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
