Prowler Proof is Queensland’s largest manufacturer of aluminium security doors and windows, operating in Banyo for over 40 years. All our security screens are manufactured by more than 25 specialty workstations in a fully automated and world class factory.

About the role

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Operations team consisting of the Head of Operations, Production Manager, HSQ Manager, Software, Engineering and Maintenance.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative and reporting services - purchasing, vendor performance, inventory and operational performance.

Executing purchasing activities and coordinating with vendors - purchase orders, delivery schedules, pricing, backorders, returns and credits.

Providing inventory and warehouse support - monitor stock levels, inventory checks, data entry and integrity, stock take, ensure accurate receipt and storage of goods.

Ensure compliance and regular review of company operational policies and procedures.

About you – Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related role (admin, supply chain, manufacturing)

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented focus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
