Location: Remote‑flexible Brisbane Based
Type: Full‑time (open to 0.8 FTE)

The gist

You’ll own the end‑to‑end recruitment of our medical team (doctors, nurse practitioners, allied health) and keep the day‑to‑day wheels turning. Think: fast pipelines, airtight credentialing, smooth onboarding — so clinicians can focus on patients and we can scale without the drama.

Reports to: Operations Lead (with dotted line to CEO)

What you’ll do

Run clinical hiring: workforce planning, write great ads, source, screen, schedule, and close offers.

Credential like a pro: verify AHPRA, Medicare/PRODA/HPOS, provider numbers, indemnity, WWCC/Police, immunisation, RTW docs.

Onboard fast: contracts, profiles & access (EMR, telehealth, ePrescribing, My Health Record), day‑1 orientation, 30/60/90 check‑ins.

Keep ops tidy: rosters & leave calendars, clinician records, compliance register & renewals, basic payroll inputs.

Lift the system: maintain SOPs/templates, track KPIs, and continuously improve the hiring engine.

Plus: other duties as required — we’re a scale‑up, sleeves roll up.

You’ll thrive here if you have

2–4+ years in healthcare recruitment, practice management, or People/HR Ops (telehealth a plus). But we are open to University Graduates who want to kick start their career, the right person

Working knowledge of AHPRA checks, HPOS/Medicare workflows, and clinical onboarding.

Obsessive follow‑through and documentation; you love a good checklist.

Clear comms and stakeholder wrangling skills.

Comfortable with ATS/HRIS, Google Workspace, Slack, and basic reporting.

Nice to have: familiarity with or willingness to learn Medicare/private billing, EMRs, eRx/MIMS; exposure to RACGP/NSQHS/privacy frameworks.
